NOBTS President Jamie Dew to speak at LCU chapel

PINEVILLE, La. (LCU News) – New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary President Jamie Dew and his wife, Tara, will be the guest speakers at Louisiana Christian University’s Chapel service, Oct. 31.

Scheduled for 11 a.m. inside Guinn Auditorium, the Dews will speak in a special question and answer.

Dew holds a Ph.D. in theological studies from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Ph.D. in philosophy from the University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom.

Prior to coming to NOBTS, Dew served as vice president of Undergraduate Studies and Distance Learning at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has also served as a senior pastor and both an adult and youth minister.

Tara Dew holds a Doctorate in Education from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.

The Dews have been married 22 years and are the parents of two sets of twins – Natalie and Nathan, Samantha and Samuel.
