HAMMOND – Leo Humphrey, 71, died March 26. Answering
the call to preach, Humphrey attended the New Orleans Baptist
Theological Seminary and became a minister. He became an evangelist
preaching revivals and directing the ministry “Good News In Action” for
more than 38 years. Humphrey and his wife, Loyce, served as
missionaries in El Salvador, Honduras and the United States. He is
survived by his wife, Loyce, and one daughter. Humphrey was
preceded in death by his son. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made
