Deadline - Register to vote via GeauxVote: June 6.

Early voting - June 12-20, 8:30 a.m.-6 p.m. (excluding June 14, and June 19)

Deadline - Request absentee ballot: June 23, 4:30 p.m (other than military and overseas voters).

LCU welcomes support for Giving Tuesday

By Elizabeth Clarke, LCU News PINEVILLE, La. (LCU NEWS) - Louisiana Christian University asks for your consideration and support this Giving Tuesday, Dec. 2. There are many different ways to support the institution. “Giving Tuesday is a wonderful opportunity for the LCU family to come together and invest in our students’ future,” said LCU President Mark Johnson. “Every gift, large or small, helps us to Restore, Rebuild and Reimagine LCU to the glory of God. I’m asking our alumni, churches, friends and partners to join us on Giving Tuesday and help us equip the next generation of Christian leaders.” The Louisiana Baptist Foundation is the university’s fundraising and donor arm and has spearheaded the cooperative programs within the Louisiana Baptist sphere. The foundation represents not only LCU but also the Louisiana Baptist Children’s Home, the Baptist Message and the Southern Baptist churches throughout the state.
